A comprehensive renovation for a renowned bakery on the outskirts of Cologne. This project is an example of my work with the architecture studio Christian Richter, which specializes in the gastronomic industry. I oversaw the entire renovation, including the construction of an annex. My responsibilities ranged from initial concept development to final execution, encompassing building permit applications, technical planning, and on-site construction management.
